The Renault 21 is a sedan launched in 1986 to replace the R18. The following year, Renault offers a station wagon version of its sedan. To distinguish this version, it was called “Nevada”. This car was 18 cm taller, to offer better interior space and more “useful volume”. The station wagon was an immediate success. More than 400,000 units were sold up to the end of its commercial life in 1996. 15 years later, the Nevada made its return to the cinema, becoming the “star” of the film Les Tuche. Perfect to made the Nevada popular again.
