The Renault 12 is a sedan produced by the French automaker from 1969. During the oil crisis, it became one of the most popular models in France. The station wagon version went on sale in 1973. In 1975, Phase 1, recognizable by its chrome surround with the Renault logo, gave way to Phase 2. The TS is the sporty version of the 12. It is equipped with the famous “Cléon-Fonte” engine, whose power is increased to 60 hp.
