At the end of the 60s, BMW developed a stunning sports coupé, the E9. In the early '70s, Alpina revisited the subject and brought out the 3.0 CSL (Coupé Sport Leichtbau). This lighter, sportier version was designed to be homologated for motor racing. Here, this 3.0 CSL is very special! It's one of 500 British 3.0 CSLs. It has been converted to left-hand drive and then prepared for regularity rallies (VHRS). As a result, it features a roll bar and an atypical body.
