The Nissan 300ZX Turbo Shiro Special is a limited edition version of the Z31, released in 1988. The Shiro Special is based on the 300ZX Turbo, but features improved suspension and redesigned aerodynamic elements, as well as a modified differential. Under the hood is a 205-horsepower 3.0L turbocharged V6 engine, known as the VG30ET. Its livery is exclusively white, as indicated by its name (Shiro means “white” in Japanese). Nissan produced only 1,002 units of the Shiro Edition for the US market and another 75 for the Canada.
