Peugeot 205 T16 Série 200 Winchester Grey 1984

To be able to take part in the World Rally Championship with its 205 T16, Peugeot had to homologate a “road” version. Produced in a limited edition of 200 units, giving it the name Serie 200, this lioness is a magnificent reproduction of the Evo 1 (small spoiler) from the T16, adapted for “everybody”. Well, almost everyone, since the beauty was sold for 290,000 francs (€104,030 in 2024)! For this exorbitant price (almost 5 times the price of a 205 GTI), we still had a true rally car, redesigned for civilian life and developing 200 horsepower (the Serie 200 fits everything!). All in all, it's an atypical and rare car, and a wonderful reminder of the French brand's glorious rallying past!
