The Supercinq in convertible form is a true unicorn! This model, created by the coachbuilder Ernst Berg Systems (EBS), was showcased at the 1986 Geneva Motor Show by Renault. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not approve series production, and it was Ernst Berg, a former Dutch racing driver, who took care of the production and distribution of the project. He also took the opportunity to add the GT versions to his catalog. Eventually, 850 Supercinq Convertibles rolled out of his workshops, including 106 in GT specification. The sporty version of the convertible is particularly distinguished by Clio 16S wheels, giving it a more aggressive overall look.
